He crossed seven times – levelling Duncan Nicholl’s tally from 1994 ­– and kicked nine conversions in the Southern Counties South clash.

Guy Nicholl (2), Ali McCarthy (2), Jack Ponting, Ben Nicholl and Ollie Nicholl also crossed for Grove, who scored 11 tries in the second half.

In Southern Counties North, Bicester beat Littlemore 32-5 at home.
