OXFORD United’s squad will be hoping their preparations for Saturday’s Emirates FA Cup tie do not go with a bang today.
Ahead of the meeting with Forest Green Rovers, Karl Robinson’s side are visiting the bomb disposal experts at St George’s Barracks in Bicester.
The U’s boss said: “We’re in the week of Remembrance Sunday and we’re going to one of the army barracks in Bicester.
“I believe the FA Cup is special, so we’re doing something a bit different.
“We’ve been invited in to do some team-building exercises and it’s something we’re looking forward to.
“It just shows you how we’re coming together as a group.”
