JULIAN McCalmon is back as Kidlington manager after Ady Fuller resigned as boss.

McCalmon returns to the position he stepped down from last season after quitting as Abingdon Town manager.

Fuller won just one of his eight Evo-Stik South League Division 1 Central matches in charge of Kidlington.

Meanwhile, Banbury United let slip a half-time lead to lose 2-1 at Barwell in the Premier Division Central last night.

Greg Kaziboni fired Mike Ford’s side ahead, but Jahvan Davidson-Miller levelled on 79 minutes and a Charlie Wise own goal three minutes later sealed Banbury’s fate.

Thame United will host Bristol Manor Farm in the first qualifying round of the Buildbase FA Trophy after beating Larkhall Athletic 1-0 in a replay with Marcus Mealing, who also missed a penalty, scoring.

North Leigh bowed out, losing 5-1 to AFC Totton with George Seacole on target.
