Stars of I'm A Celebrity Nella Rose and Nigel Farage butt heads in the latest edition of the show.

The pair fell out over a disagreement about cultural appropriation.

The campmates were discussing the different ways to say 'water' as Nella did an impersonation of how Jamaicans say the term.

Actress Jamie Lynn Spears, who is American, was unaware of the different ways and asked Nella to explain.

Host of First Dates, Fred Sirieix also did the impression leading former UKIP leader Nigel Farage to ask if that was "cultural appropriation".

I'm A Celebrity sees cultural appropriation row

Bringing up the discussion of cultural appropriation, Nella asked the host of GB News what he meant, as he suggested that some may be offended by the impression.

The former politician went on to discuss fancy dress costumes and suggested that some people disagree with dressing up as cultural, asking why there is an issue with dressing up as Mexican.

Replying, Nella explained that dressing up as someone's culture can offend them, adding that it depends on the context.

Leading to some tense moments, the pair agreed to disagree as Nella walked away from the situation.

Later on in the show, after Nella had learnt she would once again be doing the bushtucker trail, Nigel wanted to talk to her.

Upset that she would once again be doing the task, Nigel asked if she was upset, and she replied, "I'll be calm".

I'm a Celebrity 2023

The new series of I’m A Celebrity launched on ITV last Sunday night, when Nigel Farage, Nella Rose and Josie Gibson were dropped in the middle of the outback.

Meanwhile, First Dates star Fred Sirieix, food critic Grace Dent, former Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson and ex-EastEnders actress Danielle Harold had to climb down the side of a skyscraper to win food, while JLS singer Marvin Humes, Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard and Jamie Lynn Spears, the sister of Britney Spears, had to skydive into a clearing before completing a Bushtucker trial of their own.

The first episode of the new series had more than two million fewer viewers than last year.
