A TRIAL date has been set for a man accused of assaulting a woman in Oxford.
Tyrone Holmes-Smith, of Blackburn Walk, Bicester, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Friday (April 12) charged with one count of assaulting occasioning actual bodily harm.
It is alleged the 37-year-old assaulting a woman on March 11 this year.

A trial date has been set to take place at the same court on August 1 with a time estimate of one to two days.
However, Holmes-Smith was not asked to enter a plea on Friday and is now due back in court on May 10 for a plea hearing.
His defence barrister told the court she is hoping to draft a basis for a plea before this date.
