A NEIGHBOURHOOD policing team have been performing stop and searches after concerns about drug use.
Faringdon Neighbourhood Team have been conducting foot patrols around Watchfield after receiving reports from concerned residents of suspected drug use.
On patrol, the officers had a positive stop and search after a 'short foot pursuit'.
It's unknown if the individual was arrested as a result of the test.

Commenting about the patrols, a spokesperson for Thames Valley Police South Oxon and Vale of White Horse wrote: "We have been proactively patrolling the area and as a result have had a positive stop search after a short foot pursuit.
"We have also passed words of advice to numerous people who have positively engaged with us.
"If you see us about please do come and say hello."
