The new development - which is set to open early this year - aims to 'transform' Castle Quay into a 'canal-side experience-led destination', complete with a multi-screen cinema, restaurants and new parking facilities.
The first phase of the project was completed last year with the opening of Lidl and a 117-room Premier Inn.
Now the second phase is almost finished, which will see 'The Light' open a 55,000 square foot entertainment space over three floors which will include a premium cinema, 10-lane bowling alley, retro arcade, a wide range of 'exciting leisure offers' as well as a terrace with restaurant and bar.

The project originally planned to open six restaurants, but this has been dropped to three which are set to open early this year.
Increased parking including more EV parking space capacity (five per cent), and improved access have also been provided as part of the development including a new pedestrian bridge over the Oxford Canal.
