A driver was busted by police after reports of a vehicle smelling strongly of cannabis.
Police located and stopped the car in Oxfordshire.
The driver did a drugs wipe which tested positive for cannabis.

Police arrested the driver for the positive drugs test and for having no insurance.
Following a report of a vehicle smelling strongly of cannabis it was located and stopped by officers. The driver provided a positive drugs wipe - cannabis and was arrested for this and having no insurance.
