AN ALLEGED car jacker will stand trial later this year.
Denis Viscu, 22, is said by prosecutors to have robbed a man of a £1,600 Mercedes CL330 in Banbury.
The robbery is alleged to have been committed on September 22, 2020.
Appearing before Oxford Crown Court, Viscu, of De la Warr Drive, Banbury, pleaded not guilty to the single robbery count.
Recorder Michael Roques set his trial for September 20.
