OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

DAMIAN KASZEWSKI, 30, of St Johns Drive, Carterton, admitted failing to stop in Carterton on June 2, 2020, driving a BMW 116 without insurance, drink-driving and driving without a licence. He was banned from the roads for 42 months, fined £543 and ordered to pay £138 in costs and surcharge. 

DAMIEN PAINTIN, 31, of Saunders Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of kitchen knives at Iffley Turn on April 6, 2021. He was fined £160 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

DARREN RANCE, 39, of Ruscote Avenue, Banbury, admitted driving a Range Rover on the A4095 near Chesterton, without a licence or insurance. He was given eight penalty points, fined £1,476 and ordered to pay £85 in costs. 

TINA MANNING, 42, of Ferriston, Banbury, pleaded guilty to causing a man actual bodily harm on November 22, 2020. She was given a two year community order with up to 26 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Manning must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

ROBERT ZOWADZKI, 53, of Ducklington, Witney, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Vectra in Feilden Close, Ducklington, in April. He blew 92mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath – more than twice the legal limit of 35mcgs. He was fined £400, banned from driving for two years and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

STACEY DANIELS, 39, of Wessex Road, Didcot, was found guilty of handling a stolen bank card and using it in a Didcot McDonald’s and attempting to use it at a BP garage in Milton. She was acquitted of a third charge of fraud by false representation, which related to the fraudulent use of a stolen Barclaycard to buy £30 worth of vodka from a Didcot Tesco store. She was sentenced to a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £61 in costs and surcharge. 

PAUL MCCORMACK, 45, of Upper Heyford, Bicester, was fined £300 and given six penalty points after he admitted driving without insurance in Holt last November. He must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

RAIS NAJIB, 19, of The Fairway, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance on Beaumont Road, Banbury, last September. He was given an absolute discharge.

REBECCA NUTTALL, 30, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to going to a property in Banbury in breach of a restraining order. She was jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £122 in costs and surcharge. 

ALI BERO, 20, of Hollow Way, Oxford, was fined £120 and banned from driving for 12 months for drug driving a VW Polo on Grenoble Road on September 15, 2020. He was found to be over the cannabis limit. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

SIMON SALAMAN, 29, of John Mason Road, Oxford, admitted possession of cocaine and breaching an earlier conditional discharge imposed for possession of MDMA. He was fined £330 and ordered to pay £119.02 in costs and surcharge.

STEPHEN WATKINS, 36, of Hart Place, Bicester, was jailed for 36 weeks after he pleaded guilty to driving a blue VW Polo while disqualified, without a licence and in breach of a suspended sentence. He was banned from driving for two years.

GLENDA DANIELS, 48, of Ulfugar Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Megane in Wolvercote while over the benzoylecgonine and cocaine drug driving limit and without a licence or insurance. He was fined £250, banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER EADIE, 31, of Morrell Avenue, Oxford, admitted driving a Vauxhall Corsa while over the cannabis drug driving limit. He was fined £300, disqualified from driving for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

MARK TATTERSALL, 54, of Danes Road, Bicester, admitted speeding in Cholsey, Oxfordshire, last October. He was fined £100, given four penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

IAN TIMMS, 65, of Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire, was fined £660 and given six points after an allegation he failed to give information relating to the driver of a Volvo C30 was found proved. He was ordered to pay £90 costs and a £66 victim surcharge.

TOMMY HOLMES, 19, of Saunders Road, Oxford, was found guilty of participating in a gathering of two or more people at the Tesco garage on Ambassador Avenue, Oxford, last November in breach of coronavirus restrictions. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £176 victim surcharge.

RYAN KILBY, 35, of Lower Heyford, Bicester, admitted breaching his community order by failing to attend an unpaid work session on March 18, 2021. He was given a further seven hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £60 costs.

TOM LOVERIDGE, 39, of Abbots Wood, Oxford, had a month added to his suspended sentence, imposed last July for burglary, after he pleaded guilty to failing to attend the thinking skills programme. His original sentence of 12 weeks imprisonment suspended for a year was extended to 12 weeks suspended for 13 months. The magistrates imposed a drug rehabilitation programme and ordered he pay £60 costs.

EDWARD PARKER, 43, of Sinodun Road, Wallingford, admitted breaching his community order by failing to attend programme appointments. He was given a new order with 17 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions and ordered to pay £60 costs.

AUSTIN KING, 25, of Park Road, Didcot, pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order by failing to notify the police of an internet enabled device. He was given an 18 month community order with 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 40 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

PAUL TALLIS, 52, of Penrose Gardens, Bicester, was fined £500 and banned from driving for 17 months after pleading guilty to drink driving a Renault Van in Chesterton, Bicester. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £50 victim surcharge. 

KEITH FENN, 39, of Bartone Place, Thame, admitted stealing two cans of Stella Artois, a six pack of Coca-Cola, a cherry-flavoured Lucozade and the Sun newspaper from the Co-op on July 30 last year and bread, tea bags and cans of Stella Artois from the Co-op on July 22. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay £37 compensation and £54 in costs and surcharge.

OLIVIA SAXTON, 21, of Kingston Bagpuize, was fined £40 and given 10 penalty points after she pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall Zafira in Wantage. She was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JORDAN WEBB, 23, of Hogarth Place, Abingdon, admitted breaching his community order by failing to attend telephone appointments with the probation service. He was fined £162 and ordered to pay £207 in costs and surcharge.

ANHAR ALI, 26, of Titup Hall Drive, Oxford, admitted drink driving an Audi A5 on Hollow Way. He was fined £500, banned from driving for 23 months and ordered to pay £135 in costs and surcharge.
