Find out how 19th century Oxford became well-known for its production of sausages and for Frank Cooper’s Oxford Marmalade in an online talk by the local historian Liz Woolley.
The Oxford historian will examine the relationship between food production, tourism and politics in the city.

All profits from this talk will go towards the important work the Museum of Oxford carries out with local older residents as part of the 'Library of you' campaign.
