RESIDENTS in Bicester woke up on New Year's Day to the grim discovery that thieves had struck in the night.
Thames Valley Police said garages had been targeted in Launton between 2am and 6am on January 1.
There was also an attempted burglary on an outbuilding.
Writing on Twitter, TVP officers urged anybody who saw something 'suspicious' or captured anything vital on CCTV footage to call police on 101 quoting 4321000067.
