A DRUG dealer who was caught out by sniffer dogs at a train station has been spared jail.
Benjamin Kearley had already admitted one count of possession with intent to supply class B drugs - cannabis.
The 19-year-old of Sussex Drive, Banbury appeared for sentencing at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.

Prosecutors said that police were conducting an operation at Banbury's train station involving 'drugs dogs' on the morning of January 15 this year.
Kearley was 'identified' by the dogs and when police officers went to speak to him there was a 'smell of cannabis.'
A search revealed a quantity of herbal cannabis in a backpack and later investigations at his home revealed yet more of the drugs.
The court heard the total value of cannabis seized was some £1,200.
He went on to admit the offence and the court heard he had no other previous convictions.
He was jailed for a total of 10 months which was suspended for two years.
Kearley must also complete a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement, 100 hours of unpaid work and 16 days rehabilitation activity requirement.
He was also ordered to pay court costs of £425 and a statutory victim surcharge.
