YOUNG people are being asked about their experiences of domestic abuse in a new questionnaire.
Oxfordshire County Council has launched a consultation on the issue, with a view to conducting an audit next month.
The council said: "We know that young people aged 16 to 19 experience domestic abuse at a higher rate than any other age group.
"Despite knowing the national prevalence, and having a really brilliant Domestic Abuse Partnership in Oxfordshire, we're finding it incredibly difficult to identify cases to be included within the audit."

The survey is aimed at teenagers under 18, but there is no lower age limit.
Answers will be used to improve the Oxfordshire Domestic Abuse Pathway for Young People, which relates to any 'controlling, coercive or threatening behaviour, violence or abuse'.
The questionnaire is at consultations.oxfordshire.gov.uk and closes at midnight on October 6.
