PHARMACIES open during today’s Bank Holiday will be operating with different opening hours to normal.

The Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group has announced that Boots in Cowley Road will be open from 10am-4pm, while the Oxford e-pharmacy in Magdalen Road will be open from 1-4pm.

Abingdon’s Bury Street Boots is set to be open from 10am-4pm, with the pharmacy in Tesco open from 9am-6pm.

Ahmeys Pharmacy in Market Square, Bicester will be open from 9-11am, with the Tesco pharmacy in Wallingford Road, Didcot open from 9am-6pm.

The Faringdon pharmacy in London Street is set to be open from 10am-2pm.

In Burford, the Reavley chemist in the High Street will be open from 10am-4pm.

It is advised however to contact your pharmacy before attending to ensure it is open and has the medication required.

For urgent dental treatment, your usual dentist should be contacted as they will be able to advise on emergency treatment.

Use the NHS 111 online service if your dentist cannot be contacted or you do not have one.

Health advice or support can be found over the Bank Holiday weekend through NHS 111, either online or by phone. This service is available 24 hours a day.
