POLICE have warned residents to keep their homes secure during this weekend's hot weather.
With temperatures set to soar past 30C on Friday, Thames Valley Police have reminded homeowners who may be tempted to leave windows and doors open to be aware of burglars.

Residents are urged to keep valuables out of sight, to avoid leaving ground floor or other easily accessible windows and doors wide open during the day and to close and secure them at night.
