A MAJOR police probe has been launched after a man was stabbed in East Reading yesterday.
Police believe it was a targeted attack and the victim remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Swarms of officers can be seen at the cordon which has closed off London Road since 6pm yesterday.
Police tape has blocked off a number of areas including th junction with St Bartholomews Road.
