Police have made several arrests and were given more time to question a 15-year-old boy and two 19-year-old men from Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

They have all been released on conditional bail.

Braim appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court this morning.

It is then decided if the matter will be heard by magistrates or passed on to crown court.

Because a murder charge is so serious, the case must be passed on, either for a trial by jury or for a sentencing by a judge.

Magistrates only have the power to sentence somebody for up to six months – so indictable-only offences, like murder and GBH, must be passed on to the higher court.

Braim will now be sent to Oxford Crown Court on Wednesday.

He will be kept in custody until then.
