A PILOT, clearly delighted to be back in the sky, brought cheer by drawing not one, but two, giant smiley faces.
At around 4.30pm yesterday evening the fun pilot looped around the sky above Woodstock and Kidlington, close to Oxford airport.
Several people spotted the happy faces and sent us some of their pictures... here are the finished results of the piots handiwork:
This snap was taken by Heather Wearing outside her home.
Helen Messenger also spotted the cheery message, saying: "Someone's been drawing us smiley faces in the sky over Woodstock. Someone was obviously very happy to be flying again."
Henri McMullan watched a second smiley face, below, being crafted in the clear blue sky.
Using an app, Mr McMullan also was able to see the jouney taken by the pilot.
