A further 166 people, who tested positive for the coronavirus have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 25,079.
Patients were aged between 33 and 99 years old, with five of the 166 patients (aged between 54 and 70) having no known underlying health condition.
Following the reporting of seven deaths at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust yesterday, no new Covid-19 fatalities are included in the latest figures.
This is measured as of 5pm on Tuesday.

The trust, which runs the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Banbury's Horton General Hospital, has a death toll of 174.
There have also been 22 patient coronavirus deaths at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the county's community hospitals.
As the trust also manages services outside Oxfordshire it is not possible to confirm how many deaths were in the county.
