A PUB that had to apply for planning permission to have a children's climbing frame in its garden has now had to submit a 'landscaping scheme' along with it.
The Blue Boar in Longworth near Faringdon won permission last year, despite the parish council at one stage objecting because the children might be able to look into neighbouring gardens.
However now, as part of the detail, the pub has had to submit a line drawing showing exactly how the frame will be surrounded by privacy-protecting hedging.

Members of public can see the line-drawing for themselves at whitehorsedc.gov.uk using reference number P20/V0608/DIS.
Vale of White Horse District Council will decide whether it is good enough in due course.
