Circus Sauce
Giffords Circus kitchen will be joining forces with The Upton Firehouse for a night of food and celebration tomorrow.
Circus Sauce, the culinary arm of the travelling entertainers Giffords, will be cooking up a six course menu from their new cookbook on Friday (February 28).

Tickets for the evening can be bought from The Firehouse or via their website, with a share of the profits going to Maggie’s, the hospice in Cheltenham that cared for circus founder Nell Gifford.
Ms Gifford lost her battle with cancer last year.
