BALANCING the books will be at the heart of Oxford City Council’s debate next week.
The annual budget meeting of the full council will take place on Thursday, February 13.
In December last year, the council revealed it had set aside £19 million to respond to the recommendations made by the Citizens Assembly on Climate Change, held last summer.
This pot of money was billed as a climate emergency budget within the overall annual budget for 2020/21.
The meeting takes place at 5pm at the city council chamber in town hall.
