Oxford Town Hall
'HOW happy are people in Oxford with council services?' is the question behind a discussion taking place tonight.
The city council’s scrutiny committee will discuss plans for how to improve the ‘customer experience’ of people who call it for help at a meeting in Oxford Town Hall at 6pm.
The report will also look at how the council uses digital technology to talk to residents.
The report is also due to be discussed by the council cabinet on February 12.
The committee is also due to review the budget for 2020/21
