A MAN was rushed to hospital with serious head injuries after his car rolled into a ditch on the M40.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash, which happened on Saturday at around 2.30pm southbound between Junction 9 for Bicester and Junction 8A for Oxford services.
The 37-year-old's silver BMW One Series left the motorway and rolled into a ditch. He remains in hospital.

No one else was in the car at the time and no arrests have been made in connection with the crash.
Investigating officer PC Neil Bowker of the Roads Policing Unit based at Bicester said: “I would like to speak to anyone who saw this incident, or who has any information relating to it."
