COMMUTERS faced delays earlier today thanks to animals wandering onto the railway tracks in West Berkshire.
National Rail tweeted: '#Midgham - Animals on the railway between Newbury and Reading means trains have to run at reduced speed on all lines.
'Train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised.'
Delays lasted until around 10am before disruption was cleared.
Great Western Railway have confirmed that trains have since resumed to a normal service after the animals were safely removed.
