A WARNING for heavy rain and thunderstorms is in place across Oxfordshire.
The Met Office has issued the yellow warning until 8pm, with a 60 per cent chance of thunderstorms from 6pm.
Heavy showers and thunderstorms producing flooding and disruption in a few places.
The forecaster said: "Some flooding of a few homes and businesses likely, leading to some damage to buildings or structures.
"Possibly some damage to a few buildings and structures from lightning strikes."

It added there was a 'good chance' driving conditions will be affected by spray, standing water and/or hail, leading to longer journey times by car, bus and train.
Some short term loss of power and other services is also said to be possible.

It follows strong wind and heavy rain yesterday, with emergency services in Oxfordshire warning of a high number of calls about fallen trees.
