PLANS to revamp the front of a bank in Headington have been given the go-ahead by Oxford City Council.
The hole in the wall at Santander on London Road will be moved to the left to make space for a new 46-inch digital board, which will replace shop front posters.
The screen will show a series of images which will change intermittently, without any sound. In the plans, the bank's bosses said: "Santander's objective is that they should be viewed just as a poster would be, but with the added benefit of being better for the environment."
