READING Borough Council has said that the Garrard Street closure, including the NCP carpark, is likely to remain until Wednesday (August 7) at least.

The street has been shut since the scaffolding collapse on Thursday, August 1, and has remained cordoned off on the advice of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
