POLICE are still looking for a man who is wanted in connection with a burglary in Didcot.

Peter Clark, 49, is wanted in connection with a burglary that happened in Lydalls Road, Didcot at around 2.40am on August 25, 2018.

The victim, a 48-year-old man, returned to his home after a holiday and found an offender inside, who then fled on foot.

A small amount of cash and jewellery was stolen from the property and a window at the front of the house had been damaged.

Clark is described as white, 6ft tall and of slim build with receding fair hair.

He has tattoos on his left arm including one saying 'Mum & Dad', a Union flag, text saying 'Scotland the Brave' and a Red Hand Ulster.

On his right arm there is a tattoo of a swallow and a scond which says 'Rangers in Heart'.

Clark is known to frequent south Oxfordshire and Reading as well as Peckham, Dulwich, Waterloo, Lambeth and Southwark areas in London, Ashford and Swanley in Kent.

He is also known to travel by train throughout the country.

Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Francesca Jarvis, of Abingdon police station, said: “We are issuing this re-appeal for help in tracing Clark, who is wanted in connection with a burglary in Didcot.

“Anyone who has any information on his whereabouts, or believes they have seen him is urged to contact police."
