A MAN who 'escaped' from prison more than three months ago has finally been caught.
Jason Sufi is accused of absconding from HMP Spring Hill in Buckinghamshire on February 20, with Crimestoppers last month offering a reward of £5,000 for information leading to his capture.
Sufi was serving a nine-year sentence for burglary, false imprisonment and robbery at HMP Spring Hill, an open prison.
He was arrested in Islington last Wednesday and was charged with escape from lawful custody the following day.
Sufi will appearing at Southwark Crown Court on Friday, July 5.
