OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ Court

TIMOTHY CLARK, 25, of Acacia Avenue, Oxford, admitted sending an electronic communication that was grossly offensive or of an indecent nature on January 17 at Oxford. He was jailed for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £150.

OLIVER MASON, 24, of Wick Close, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis and using racially aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment alarm or distress on September 12 in Carterton. He was fined £200 for each offence and must pay compensation of £100.

HASAN ZUBAIR, 18, of Broad Street, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation totalling £60.

SAM PAUL GOODALL, 32, of Childrey Way, Abingdon, admitted failing to supply a specimen for analysis when requested on April 1 at Bath Street, Abingdon. He was made subject to a community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 28 months.

JASON BRACKETT, 30, of Bayswater Road, Oxford, driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis and amphetamine as well as driving without third party insurance and possession of cannabis and amphetamine on December 19 on the A40 at Oxford. He was fined a total of £360 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

ANTHONY PETER MARTIN, 39, of Premier Inn, Didcot, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by having an open can of Stella Artois lager on the A34 at Milton on April 15 and breaching a previously imposed community order for numerous offences. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

JOHN MUNDY, 53, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of vodka valued at £30.80 and assaulting a man and using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Tesco Cowley Road, Oxford, on April 1. He was fined a total of £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

MANPREET SINGH, 37, of Windle Gardens, Bicester, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party insurance on March 20 in Bicester. He was fined a total of £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three months.

GRANT WILLIAM SPENCER TUTTY, 29, of Denny Gardens, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a phone charger to a value unknown in Oxford on March 23 as well as assaulting a woman and a police officer. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in the Building Better Relationships programme for 30 days and rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days. He must also pay compensation of £20, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

PAUL BREAKELL, 51, of Southfield Road, Oxford, admitted stealing fragrances worth £238 from Debenhams in Banbury on December 5 and stealing fragrances worth £309 from Debenhams, Banbury, on December 7 and stealing fragrances worth £450 from Debenhams, Banbury, on December 10. Must pay compensation of £547.

AMIE HARRIS, 24, of Marsh Lane, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police officer and using racially aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment alarm or distress on April 2 at Abingdon. She was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and she must pay compensation of £150.

ELVIS CHAMPION, 55, of Grays Road, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a woman in Oxford on October 2 and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay compensation of £150.

SNOWY SNOW, 71, of Pound Way, Oxford, was convicted of being drunk and disorderly at Oxford on November 7 and being the owner of a dog being dangerously out of control and causing injury, possession of cannabis and two counts of assault and breaching a suspended sentence. He was jailed for a total of 32 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £300.06. The dog Bouncer will also be destroyed.

JAMIE HONEY, 38, of Westbrook, Faringdon, admitted taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance on February 9 at Faringdon. He was fined a total of £280 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 56 days.

ANTHONY BAUGH, 32, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing Lynx deodorant to the value of £208.41 from Bargain Buys, Banbury, on February 27. He was jailed for four weeks and must pay compensation of £208.41, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

RADOSLAW MIKOLAJCZAK, 31, of Howard Street, Oxford, admitted doing an act outraging public decency by having sexual intercourse in a public place in Dale Close, Oxford, on March 23. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £85.

ANTHONY SEXTON, 30, of Stowford Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a door valued at £294.15 at The Royal Standard pub, Oxford, on February 21 and breach of a restraining order. He was jailed for nine weeks and must pay compensation of £294.15, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

JAMES BURKE, 34, of Cornell Gardens, Witney, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence on August 26 at the Red Lion Hotel, Witney. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £59 and court costs of £105.

JOSH LUKE HAWES, 22, of Beaumaris Close, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman in Banbury on October 14.He must complete 100 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £105.

JUNIOR AVERILLO, 31, of Calthorpe Road, Banbury, admitted receiving stolen goods in Banbury on March 15. Conditional discharge for 12 months and £40 compensation.
