TWO boys have been quizzed by police after Nazi graffiti was scrawled over a school wall in Oxford.

Nazi swastikas were daubed on a back wall of Cheney School, Headington, plus the words 'Sub 2 PewDiePie' which is the same reference reportedly said by the gunman in the New Zealand terror attack.

Police have today said two boys, aged 14 and 15, have been interviewed under caution following the vandalism on Saturday.

The force said the teenagers were questioned under caution yesterday. The 14-year-old was also questioned under caution in regards to a graffiti incident in Headington in November.

They have now been referred to the Youth Justice Service.

Thames Valley Police said it is not looking for anyone else in connection to the incident.

Oxford City councillor Tom Hayes said: "I am pleased the police have acted so swiftly, and I hope the local muslim community and mosques are reassured by the swift action and council engagement."

He said it is 'deeply troubling' that two young children could be behind 'such a hurtful incident'.
