POLICE have released a picture of a 'dangerous' sexual predator who groomed a 12-year old boy and filmed him performing sex acts on Instagram.
Benjamin Garvie was jailed for eight years yesterday after admitting two counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, three counts of making indecent images and one of breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
The 28-year old, of Howard Road, Banbury, created a fake account on Instagram and groomed his child victim.
After the sentence had been passed Garvie called out that it was ‘a bit of an unfair sentence’ and said child rapists had smaller sentences, before saying ‘this is a f***ing joke’ as he was led away.

After the hearing he later apologised for the outburst through his defence barrister.
