JOSEPH FRANKUM, 61, of Hogarth Place, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without a licence on October 27 at Abingdon. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.

DAVID HIBBARD, 32, of Church Road, Wheatley, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on July 12 at Frilford Heath. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Diving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

TRACY LUCAS, 46, of Park View Road, Witney, was convicted of speeding at 52mph in a 30mph area on Abingdon Road, Dorchester, on October 13. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

MARTIN PADDICK, 51, of Boswell Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving on September 8 at Curbridge, Witney. Fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

ANDREI PURICE, 26, of Ashby Road, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on October 20 at Buckingham Road, Bicester. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

LAURA ROBINSON, 29, of Thornbury Rise, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance as well as without a valid MOT certificate on July 11 at Summer Close, Adderbury. She was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DANIEL SMITH, 22, of North Street, Middle Barton, Chipping Norton, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on June 29 at Marston, Oxfordshire. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MIHAITA VOILILA, 22, of Fox Close, Chipping Norton, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on July 11 at Woodstock Road, Oxfordshire. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

IAN WOOLDRIDGE, 53, of Banbury Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 96mph in a 70mph area at the A34 Hinksey to Botley on October 7. He was fined £256 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOANNA ANGETA WRIGHT, 55, of Fair Close, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance on the A44, Woodstock, on July 12. Fined £657, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

DAVID LAZELLE, 40, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order by shouting abuse and threatening violence towards a woman in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on December 22. Also admitted using threatening and abusive words and behaviour in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on December 22. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

TYNAN NELSON, 32, of Nunnery Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Sandford-on-Thames on December 16. Fined £143, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DAVID JAMES CARNALL, 23, of Mallard Drive, Witney, admitted using a vehicle without insurance in Queen Emmas Dyke, Witney, on September 2. Fined £290, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JOANNA MARIE FAY, 39, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Abingdon on November 3. Community order made and she must not enter an address in Abingdon or go within 50 yards for 12 months. Must carry out 60 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. A restraining order was put in place and she must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

JAMES MARK BAIRSTOW, 40, of Carterton Mobile Home Park, Carterton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between July 10 and August 7. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

SANDRA DUGGAN, 38, of the road between Parsonage Farm and Green Lane, Berrick Salone, admitted speeding at 43mph in a 30mph zone in Botley Road, Oxford, on May 18. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

THIBAULT FOUBERT, 24, of Aston Street, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between July 2 and July 30. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
