ORGANISERS of the Turrill Sculpture Garden’s Winter Selling Exhibition are urging Oxford residents to bring their gardens to life with ‘something special’.

The Summertown Library exhibition features ceramic, glass, cast stone, bronze and aluminium sculptures by the likes of Judith Berger, Sally Dorrity, Ray Mott, Marie Shephard and Matthew Warburton, until it finishes in mid-February.

Sculpture co-ordinator Katherine Shock said: “We hope that people will want to cheer their gardens up. It is a bleak time of year so its a good chance for people to take advantage with something special.

“There are plenty of lovely and reasonably priced pieces still on offer.”

The exhibition features a ‘wonderful range of creative gifts’ to find ‘cherish and enjoy for years’.

The library is open Monday to Saturday, around office hours.
