A DOG owner accused of breaking a man's eye socket in a row over his pet has been acquitted.
Jack Ulett-Titcomb, of lancut Road, Witney, was charged with one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Oxford Crown Court heard how the 29-year-old was accused of rowing with alleged victim Ethan Perry about who stole his pet.
Mr Ulett-Titcomb was alledged to have kicked a man in the head in October 2017, before throwing a punch to his eye socket.
He denied the kick and said he only acted in retaliation.
A jury found him not guilty yesterday after a the trial started on Wednesday.
