A lorry has broken down on the M40
TRAFFIC has returned to normal on the M40 this morning, despite a broken down vehicle on the northbound carriageway.
One lane was closed due to a broken down vehicle between Junction 8A A418 (Oxford) and Junction 9 A34 (Bicester).
The vehicle broke down at around 6am.
