BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

ARRON DADDS, 38, of Chinnor Road, Thame, admitted driving while disqualified and driving without insurance on April 25 in Witney. Made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work and must pay a fine of £200, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

STEVEN THOMAS, 61, of Old London Road, Chipping Norton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or violence in Chipping Norton on April 27 in Old London Road. Conditionally discharged for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

ADAM GARRETT, 18, of Millwright Close, Banbury, admitted failing to give information relating to a driver suspected of committing an offence on January 9 in Kidlington. Fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £400. Six penalty points.

James CLARK, 25, of Mirfield Road, Witney, admitted assaulting a man in Witney on August 14 and another man in Witney on September 11. Made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation of £150, court costs totalling £600 and a victim surcharge of £85.

MITCH GREGORY, 18, of Cropredy, Oxfordshire, admitted driving above the legal drug limit in Great Bourton on February 8. Had 320 mcg of cocaine and 3.3 mcg of cannabis. He was fined a total of £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 15 months.

ADAM WOJCIECHOWSKI, 30, of Lodge Close, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on April 29 in Banbury. Had 87 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

PAUL TAYLOR, 57, of Glyndebourne Gardens, Banbury, admitted driving without insurance on November 4 in Banbury. Fined £346 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

PAUL SMITH, 45, of Hart Place, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour thereby causing harassment, alarm or distress on February 2 in McColls Newsagents, Banbury, as well as failing to surrender into custody. Jailed for 12 months suspended for 12 weeks and must pay compensation of £150 and court costs of £100.

Matthew MOODY, 26, of York Close, Bicester, admitted assaulting a man in Bicester on March 27. Conditionally discharged for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

TOMASZ GRUSZKA, 26, of Slade Road, Didcot, admitted drink driving on the A4130, Didcot on April 15. Had 57mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £250, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 15 months.

MARCUS JAMES, 41, of Primrose Place, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress in Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford on April 28. Community order made and he was banned from entering the Nisa store in Blackbird Leys Road for six weeks and must attend rehab for 15 days. Must pay £50 compensation.

REECE JEFFERIES, 18, of Brumcombe Lane, Bayworth, admitted drink driving in Market Place, Abingdon on April 15. Had 56 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 15 months.

TYSON MITCHELL, 32, of Field Avenue, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Eastern By Pass Road, Oxford on April 1. Had 84mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Community order made and he must carry out 100 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

LUCY PEAKE, 27, of Evenlode Crescent, Kidlington admitted drink driving in Worcester Street, Oxford on April 14. Had 45mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SCOTT WEDDELL, 39, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a restraining order by staying at an address for two days in Berinsfield on April 27. Jailed for six months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

JAKUB GLOWINSKI, 24, of Portway, Banbury, admitted obstructing an officer in the execution of his duty in Banbury on March 3 and failing to surrender having been released on bail on March 19. Fined £225, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

KIRSTY MCFARLANE, 27, of no fixed address, admitted obstructing an officer in the execution of his duty in Mandelbrote Drive, Oxford on December 2 and stealing three bottles of wine worth £17.15 from Sainsbury's in Cowley Road, Oxford on November 3. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

JOHN BADGER, 41, of Upthorpe Drive, Wantage, admitted drink driving on the B4494, Wantage on April 15. Had 69mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £554, must pay a victim surcharge of £55 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

DAVID WILLIAMS, 58, of David Walter Close, Oxford admitted assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Banbury Road, Oxford on April 14. Fined £74, must pay compensation of £80, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

SOYOD AHMED, 41, of Wise Avenue, Kidlington admitted speeding at 64mph in a 50mph zone on the Eastern By Pass Road, Oxford on October 5. Fined £65, must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Three penalty points.
