JORDAN PHIPPS, 24, of Pickett Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 77 mph in a 50 mph area at the A34 Wytham on September 13. Fined £508 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ADAM SCOTT, 28, of Sir Frank Williams Avenue, Didcot, was convicted of driving above the legal alcohol limit at Wantage Road, Didcot, on November 25. Had 53 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. ASHLEY PIPKIN, 29, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a mobile phone worth £550 from a woman in Oxford on October 12. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months and attend drug rehabilitation for six months. Must pay £550 compensation.
