NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 1995
Notice under Article 8 of Application for Planning Permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Proposed development at Land off Howes Lane and Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester.
I give notice that Albion Land Limited is submitting additional information relating to the below application to Cherwell District Council, which is an application accompanied by an Environmental Assessment:
"A mixed use outline application comprising - the erection of up to 53,000 square metres ofb8 and b2 with ancillary b1 (use classes) employment provision within two employment zones covering an area of 9.45 ha; parking and service areas to serve the employment zones; a new access off the Middleton Stoney road (b4030); temporary access off Howes lane pending the delivery of the realigned Howes Lane; 4.5 ha of residential land; internal roads, paths and cycleways; landscaping including strategic green infrastructure (GI); provision of sustainable urban drainage systems (suds) incorporating landscaped areas with balancing ponds and swales. Associated utilities and infrastructure. Application accompanied by an environmental assessment"
The additional information comprises
A revised Master Plan
Two Design and Access Statements (1 x residential and 1 x Employment)
Revised sectional drawings
Ecology and biodiversity note
And other documentation providing clarification of the proposals including drainage; employment justification and Albion Land's delivery experience
Note - The Environmental Statement originally submitted has not altered. The consultation is therefore as a result of the Master Plan and Design and Access Statement being amended.
Members of the public can inspect the additional information submitted at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, OX15 4AA during all reasonable hours from Monday 17th August 2015.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the additional submissions from Framptons, Oriel House, 42 North Bar, Banbury, Oxon, OX16 0TH as long as stocks last, at a charge of £25 for a CD.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about the application in response to this Notice should write to the Council at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, OX15 4AA.
