The Rosconn Group has appealed to the Secretary of State against refusal of planning permission for the
For erection of up to 30no. dwellings and formation of a new access off Oxford Road.
The Rosconn Group propose that the description of development is amended to read as follows:
For erection of up to 29no. dwellings and formation of a new access offOxford Road.
The principal changes (compared to previous plan number 6105/ILM/ASP7 Rev E) are:
- Reduction in the number of dwellings from 30 to 29 dwellings;
- Realign built form to be parallel to Oxford Road;
- Limit built form fronting Oxford Road to 7.5 metres high; and
- Amended landscape proposal to Oxford Road and introduction of additional strategic landscape to west, south west and north east boundaries.
This notice now provides the opportunity for comments to be made on the proposed amendments. The Case Officer at West Oxfordshire District Council has agreed to receive comments on the proposed amendments and will then issue copies to the Planning Inspectorate.
