(VARIOUS ROADS, BANBURY) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING) (AMENDMENT NO.22) ORDER 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 23 October 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 30 October further amends the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads, Banbury) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading) Order 2002. The effect of the order is as follows: (1)To introduce NoWaiting at AnyTime (double yellow lines) in:

EASINGTON ROAD

Both sides - from the northern kerb line of HortonView for 26 metres

North side - from the east flank wall of No.39 eastwards for 22 metres

South side - from the common boundary between Nos. 38 & 40, eastwards for 32 metres. HORTONVIEW extending existing DYLs as follows -South side; Covering the junction across and into St Georges Crescent; outside the boundary between Nos. 36/38; outside Nos. 30-34 with gate access outside No. 32; either side of the access to Nos. 18-16; outside the boundaries of Nos. 12/14 and 8/10, and covering the junction with Springfield Road.

North side; Covering the junction across and into St Georges Crescent; outside Nos.27-31; outside Nos. 27/29 and No. 61.

RUSKIN ROAD Southeast side; from Springfield Avenue south-eastwards to opposite No 3; from opposite No. 12 to opposite No. 14 western boundary Northwest side: covering both the junctions with Wykham Place and the junction with Springfield Avenue; and outside No. 1;

ST GEORGES CRESCENT West side; from junction with Horton View, southwards to the Sports Ground gates; from junction with Horton View to a point 46 metres north of Horton View; from junction Easington Road, southwards for 12 metres. East side - from junction with Horton View, southwards for 10.5 metres; from 22 metres south of Horton View, southwards to the Sports Ground gates; from junction with Horton View, northwards for 28 metres; from junction with Easington Road, southwards for 12 metres. WYKHAM PLACE Both sides; from junction with Ruskin Road, north-westwards for 12 metres; from junction with Ruskin Road, north-eastwards for 25 metres; East side - from a point in line with north wall of No. 27 to a point in line with the south wall of No. 29; South side - from a point in line with north-east wall of No. 15 to a point in line with the southwest wall of No. 17.

(1) NOWAITING from 8am to 6pm during week days

between St Georges Crescent and Springfield Road with various access protection areas; and into RUSKIN ROAD,north side as far as St Hughes house.

(2) New parking measures introduced as follows: WAITING LIMITED to 3 Hours Between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday (No return within 3 Hours) HORTON VIEW Both sides various bays interspersed amongst the above parking restrictions. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 23 October 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
