CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT: OS PARCEL 3673 ADJOINING AND WEST OF 161RUTTEN LANE, YARNTON 0X51LT I give notice that Merton College have applied to Cherwell District Council on 14thOctober 2021 for outline planning permission for The erection of up to 540 dwellings (Class C3), up to 9,000sqm GEA of elderly/extra care residential floorspace (Class C2), a Community Home Work Hub (up to 200sqm) (Class E), alongside the creation of two locally equipped areas for play, one NEAP, up to 1.8 hectares of playing pitches and amenity space for the William Fletcher Primary School, two vehicular access points, green infrastructure, areas of public open space, two community woodland areas, a local nature reserve, footpaths, tree planting, restoration of historic hedgerow, and associated works. All matters are reserved, save for the principal access points.

at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, 0X15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Please note however that due to the restrictions imposed in response to COVID-19, visits to Bodicote House to inspect the application documents should only be made when essential (i.e. the documents cannot be inspected by other means) and by prior appointment by telephoning 01295 227006. Details of the application are available to view through the Council's website via the Online Planning Service. Please be advised that details of the application may be amended at any time before a final decision is issued, therefore you are advised to monitor the application's progress via the Online Planning Service where amended plans wiU be posted.
