Public Path Diversion Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990
Section 257/261 The Oxfordshire County Council Wroxton & Balscote Footpath No.3 (Part) Public Path Temporary Diversion Order 2021
The above Order was made on 6th September 2021. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily divert, until 31 st December 2026, part of Wroxton & Balscote Footpath No.3 that runs for 267m from the North Newington parish boundary at OS Grid Reference SP 4079 4118 norm-eastwards to OS Grid Ref SP 4099 4137 to a line running for 253m from OS Grid Reference SP 4079 4118 south-eastwards to OS Grid Ref SP 4099 4103,129m northeastwards to OS Grid Ref SP 4110 4109 and then 297m north-north-westwards to OS Grid Ref SP 4099 4137 where it re-joins the existing footpath as shown on the Order map. It is not possible to view the Notice and Order at local council offices as they are temporarily closed due to the COVID 19 pandemic. A copy of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement may be:

not later than 8th October 2021. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
