OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (OXFORD, MAGDALEN ROAD SOUTH AREA) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (VARIATION N0.1) ORDER 20** NOTICE Is given that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of order 1. in response to inappropriate parking in the vicinity of the turning area, is to introduce a section of 'No Waiting at Any Tims' (double yellow lines) prohibition in Bourne Close on the north side, from the western property boundary of No.20, around the perimeter of the turning area for an approximate distance of 29 metres.
The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford) (Cutteslowe & Five Mile Drive area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting restrictions) Order 2014 (as amended), will be further amended accordingly. The effect of order 2. is to correct an administrative error in a schedule which refers to Charles Street instead of Essex Street. There is no change to permitted parking in either street. The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Magdalen Road South Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2019 will be amended accordingly. Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in writing to the address below, or via the web address above, no later than 10 September 2021. (AMENDMENT No.14) ORDER 2021 3. (DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES - OXFORD) (VARIATION N0.18) ORDER 2021 NOTICE is given that on 9 August 2021 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The orders, which come into force on 16 August further amend the (Cherwell District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2007; the (West Oxfordshire District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2006; and the (Disabled Persons Parking Places - Oxford) Order 2010, with the effect of removing 3 Disabled Persons Parking Places (DPPPs) as shown in A below, and providing new DPPPs shown in B,

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - Section 14(1) & (7) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Oxford, Osney, Arthur Street Temporary Parking Bay Suspension Date of Order: 23 August 2021 - Coming into force: 1 September 2021 This Order is being introduced because of Osney Power Station Development works which are anticipated to take approximately 30 months to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily suspend permit holders parking bays on the west side of Arthur Street (from Nos.9 to 15) and prohibit waiting. A similar 30 metre length of double yellow lines (no waiting at any time) will be removed on the east side of the road to provide parking. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions to waiting are included for emergency service vehicles and for works related needs. The Council is satisfied this Order needs to remain in force until the works are completed or the order is revoked, whichever is the sooner. The relevant parts of The Oxfordshire County Council (West Oxford and Osney Mead) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Consolidation Order 2009 (as amended) will be temporarily amended for the duration of the works.
