Erection of a building to provide stabling for 36 ponies with associated facilities for the storage of tack, feed and equipment to tend the land. Formation of an exercise arena and exercise track and school area. Relocation of existing site access to Akeman Street. - Oxford Polo Limited.

21/01647/LB - Bicester - Old Manor House 16 Kings End Bicester 0X26 6DT - 1. Repointing exterior walk (and 1 chimney, above east facing gable) - removal of elements of cementacious mortar in walls and replace with appropriate lime mortar. Work to be undertaken by heritage conservation mortar specialist. Mortar spec: 1 part ML90 quicklime,

3 parts sand (of which one will be sharp), 1 part fine sand/ stone dust. Small inclusions of horse hair, chalk, clinker and wood ash or trass 2. Re-instatement of former ground floor window to left of hack door in back of house, looking into garden - window size in recognition of existing quoins, sill and location of previous lintel. Work required: reopening of original aperture, reinstatement of lintel using reclaimed oak, insertion of hardwood subframe, complete with new flat irons frame and leaded lights to suit rest of house including use of reclaimed glass as appropriate, sill to be completed with lime mortar fillet to match existing original windows and surrounding pointing all lime mortar as per re-pointing methods above. 3. Flat iron and crittal window refurbishment: to carefully remove and temporarily glaze existing window openings whilst sending traditional flat iron frames and genuine leaded lights to be refurbished and repaired. Flat iron frames to be cleaned and hand straightened with all fittings eased, adjusted, repaired or replaced as necessary. Leaded lights will be delicately dismantled and rebuilt using existing glass where possible and new lead cames. Hardwood subframes to replace existing rotten and damaged frames. 4. Scaffolding erection where appropriate, to achieve the above work -Mrs C Holdsworth.
