Land at Botley District Centre, West Way, Botley, OX2 9LG.
A full planning application (Ref: P13/V2733/FUL) for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of mixed use development including supermarket, other retail, financial and professional services, restaurants and cafes, shop mobility unit, offices, hotel, student accommodation, 33no. apartments, replacement vicarage, library and place of worship (Baptist Church), health centre, cinema, gymnasium, covered parking, access, public square, and landscaping was submitted to the Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon-on-Thames, OX14 3JE on 20th December 2013 by the applicant Doric Properties Limited
An Environmental statement has been prepared by RPS Group Ltd to accompany the application and will be submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council on 2nd June 2014. A copy of the Application and plans together with the Environmental Statement, accompanying documents and a Non-Technical Summary may be inspected at the following locations until 24th June 2014:
1) Offices of Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon-on-Thames, OX14 3JE during normal office hours (8.30 - 5.00 Mon -Thurs, 8.30 - 4.30 Fri)
2) Botley Library, Elms Court, Botley, OX2 9LP during normal opening hours (9.30 - 5.30 Mon, Tues, Thurs, 9.30 - 7.00 Fri and 9.30 - 1pm Sat)
3) Online at http://www.whitehorsedc.qov.uk
Hard copies of the Non-Technical Summary are available free of charge whilst stocks last. Hard copies of the Environmental Statement (Volume I) and Technical Appendices (Volume II) can be purchased at a cost of £150 and £200 respectively or on CD Rom for a cost of £5 (all costs exclude postage and packaging). These documents can be obtained on request to RPS at the address below:
