21/01162/F - Gosford And Water Eaton - Northfield Farm Water Eaton Lane Gosford 0X5 2PU - RETROSPECTIVE

- Installation of a ground source heat pump and collector array to provide a renewable heating alternative to the existing oil based systems which will reduce carbon emissions by approximately 70%. The heat pump will provide heating and hot water for two residential properties and a range of traditional barns which already have B1/B2 consent (19/00890/F). The collector array comprises a number of collector pipes which are buried 1 metre below the surface within an adjoining agricultural field. The pipes are connected to a plant room located within an existing outbuilding. Nothing will be visible from the ground and there are no structural modifications to the outbuilding which houses the plant room. The land under which the collector array pipes are buried will remain in agricultural use. Listed Building consent has already been obtained for this development (20/03528/LB) -W Harold Smith.
