- Installation of a ground source heat pump and collector array to provide a renewable heating alternative to the existing oil based systems which will reduce carbon emissions by approximately 70%. The heat pump will provide heating and hot water for two residential properties and a range of traditional barns which already have B1/B2 consent (19/00890/F). The collector array comprises a number of collector pipes which are buried 1 metre below the surface within an adjoining agricultural field. The pipes are connected to a plant room located within an existing outbuilding. Nothing will be visible from the ground and there are no structural modifications to the outbuilding which houses the plant room.
