Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heyford Commercial Developments Ltd has applied to Cherwell District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Heyford Park Hotel, Camp Road, Heyford Park, Upper Heyford, 0X25 5HD. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol on and off the premises from 10:00 to 23:30 hours, Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 to 22:30 hours on Sunday, with 24 hour permission for hotel residents and bona fide guests; Films and recorded music from 07:00 to 23:30 hours, Monday to Saturday and from 07:00 to 22:30 hours on Sunday, with 24 hour permission for hotel residents and bona fide guests ; Live music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance from 10:00 to 23:30 hours, Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 to 22:30 hours on Sunday, with 24 hour permission for hotel residents and bona fide guests; Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 23:30 hours, Monday to Saturday, with 24 hour permission for hotel residents and bona fide guests; Opening hours 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday; Additional non-standard timings for notable days are also sought, as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, OXI5 4AA no later than 21 st April 2020 stating the grounds for representation.The register of Cherwell District Council and the record of die application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
